We don't really know why we love curves so much. Curves are very beautiful things, they can be used to make objects look a lot more cooler, relaxing, eye catching or even make the product look more finished. Say if we had a normal house, most modern houses are quite square aren't they? Well nowadays newer buildings tend to have more shape in them, but these kind of buildings are usually built in rich countries, i'm guessing it is because it is quite expensive to build with curves, but somehow having curvy or differently shaped buildings sort of make the city or country look a lot more richer, or a lot more fun and exciting. People say that humans are usually attracted to the curves in objects. What i think of when i hear this are cars. Modern cars are no longer squared, especially exotic or sports cars ( or super cars). Curves in these cars have multiple purposes, they make the car look a whole load better, make them more streamlined and even more cooler.
If we were to take the curves inside and outside of the Sydney opera house, we could straight away see that this is not an everyday sort of building that we see. This building was incredibly expensive to build, but it is now the main highlight in the whole of Australia and is visited by millions of people every year. the Sydney opera house project started on the 2nd of March in 1959, and it was opened on the 20th of October 1973. It was actually estimated that it was going to cost only $7,000,000, but it actually (at the end of the project) it has costed Australia about $102,000,000. But I believe that it was worth its money.
Here is an Audi R8 V10, These vehicles are beautiful. The car is full of curves and is streamlined at the same time, see that blackish bit behind the door? These are streamlined and curved at the same time. The lamps at the front of the car sort of give it an expression. Is it me or do I always think that a BMW is an aggressive car because its lamps are like angry eyes? The lamps on the R8 are just right, it looks amazing!
